  Can we visit your shops?

All of our shops are non-physical, online mail order shops. This allows us to keep our costs down and provide you with a swift and efficient service at the best possible prices.

We do however welcome visits tosome of ourwarehouses should you wish to place a larger order and take it away with you. First you will need to book an appointment. Please bear in mind that the warehousesare working environments and do not have a shop layout.

  How long does delivery take?

Most orders are processed very quickly, often the same day. However, it is best to check the actual terms on the website you intend to purchase from, just to be sure.

  What payment types do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, via telephone, and Paypal.

Other payments accepted

Cheques - Personal or business cheques (UK only) please add 2.00 to cover banking fees. Please note payments placed via cheque take longer to complete and if you have ordered any age restricted items you will need to provide written proof of your full name, delivery address, items ordered and your date of birth. We do verify your age so inaccurate information will result in a failed order.

Cheques should be made payable to Oaks Online Shopping Company Limited and sent to the address found under the contact section of the website.

Purchase Orders - We accept purchase orders from charities, education centres and organisations such as the scouts. You will need to set up an account with us, which is easily done via telephone or e-mail.

BACS and Bank transfers – These payment types are accepted for large/business orders (please contact us for details).
